Payment Flexibility
Periodic payments can be designed to be distributed
monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, or in any manner that
would best suit the needs of the individual claimant or family members.
Level payments or increasing payments to offset inflation are another
consideration when planning the payment schedule. The payments can
be directed to an established custodial account, trust, or other party
on behalf of the claimant as mutually agreed upon in the settlement
documents.
