Huver & Associates, Inc. provides specialized financial consulting services involving personal injury claims and litigation. Established nearly three decades ago (1976), Huver & Associates, Inc.'s experienced financial consultants work with attorneys, injured victims and their families, claims personnel and r negotiate and implement structured settlement solutions that benefit all parties. We continue to maintain our independence and integrity to the process by having no exclusive arrangements or contracts with any settling defendant or insurer.

Dan Huver

Dan Huver specializes in consulting with parties involved in personal injury settlements for catastrophic injury claims and lawsuits in venues across the United States.

Dan started his career in structured settlements in 1986 and is a licensed agent for annuities, life insurance, and health insurance. He is also a registered representative of Huver & Associates, Inc. - an Investment Advisor licensed with the Pennsylvania Securities Commission.

Mr. Huver is a 1982 graduate of Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia. He has earned the designation of CFP™ through the College For Financial Planning in Denver, CO in 1990 as well as the designation of Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) through the executive program (sponsored by NSSTA) at the University of Notre Dame in 1994.

Dan is member of the National Structured Trade Association and the Financial Planning Association. As an active member of both associations, he continuously keeps abreast of the latest developments within the financial industry for the benefit of his clients.

Annemarie McAnally

Annemarie has specialized in structured settlements for over fifteen years. During this period, she has worked extensively in the professional liability area handling medical malpractice claims for clients nationwide. Her particular area of expertise centers on the evaluation of lifecare plans and economic reports relating to catastrophic injury claims. This analysis has resulted in viable settlement options that meet the future needs of the injured party. Annemarie has personally participated in the consultation and successful resolution of hundreds of catastrophic claims for her clients.

Annemarie began her career with AIG and CIGNA supervising and negotiating a variety of personal injury claims for nearly a decade before making a career move to specialize in structured settlements.

Ms. McAnally graduated from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania. She received her Associates in Risk Management (ARM) from the Insurance Institute of America in 1997 and the Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation through an executive program (sponsored by NSSTA) at the University of Notre Dame in 1998. Currently, Ms. McAnally is pursuing her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation awarded by the CFP Board of Standards in Denver, CO at the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA.

Annemarie is currently a member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA).

 

Joe Huver

Joe Huver founded Huver & Associates, Inc. in 1976, to provide the brokerage of periodic payments for personal injury and wrongful death claims. Among the first of its kind, the firm has designed, negotiated, and administered medical trusts as a component in catastrophic personal injury structured settlements.

He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from St. Joseph's University, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1956. While providing sales & service in Retirement and Estate Planning, he earned his Chartered Life Underwriter's Designation (CLU) in 1967. In 1981 he received a Master of Science Degree in Financial Services (MSFS) and in 1982 was designated a ChFC by the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Mr. Huver was also a graduating member of the first NSSTA sponsored class through an executive program at the University of Notre Dame for the Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation.

Mr. Huver is a former President & Director of the Delaware County Estate Planning Council, and is a founding member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA). He has served several years on the Board of Directors and completed his term as President of NSSTA in its tenth year, 1996.

Mr. Huver has contributed many articles to various trade and legal publications. He is the author of the 1992 text "Structured Settlements: An Alternative Approach to the Settling of Claims", published by National Underwriter. He was a contributing author on annuities and structured settlements in the 1994 revision of "McGill's Life Insurance" published by the American College, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
